Affiliate Member Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Member Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which individuals ("Affiliate Members") may participate in the affiliate program offered by [Your Company Name] ("Company") to promote the sale of Oxen Yield Farm NFTs ("NFTs").
Application and Acceptance 1.1 Eligibility: Affiliate Members must be at least 18 years old and have a valid social media presence or online platform to participate in the program. 1.2 Application: To apply as an Affiliate Member, interested individuals must complete the designated application form provided by the Company. 1.3 Acceptance: The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. Acceptance into the program will be communicated to Affiliate Members via email or other designated communication channels.
Affiliate Responsibilities 2.1 Promotion: Affiliate Members agree to actively promote the NFTs and generate sales through their social media presence or online platform. 2.2 Compliance: Affiliate Members will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to their promotional activities. 2.3 Ethical Conduct: Affiliate Members will engage in ethical and honest promotional practices, refraining from any misleading or deceptive advertising methods. 2.4 Brand Guidelines: Affiliate Members will adhere to the Company's brand guidelines when promoting the NFTs and use approved marketing materials provided by the Company.
Sales and Reward Structure 3.1 Sales Requirement: Affiliate Members must generate a minimum of 10 verified NFT sales to be eligible for the affiliate bonus. 3.2 Affiliate Bonus: Upon achieving the sales requirement, Affiliate Members will be rewarded with 1 free NFT, which is tradable and sellable like any other NFT. 3.3 Rewards: In addition to the affiliate bonus, Affiliate Members will receive daily rewards and participate in monthly surprise reward distributions, as outlined in the NFT collection's rewards structure.
Tracking and Reporting 4.1 Referral Information: Affiliate Members are required to collect and provide the wallet address of the individuals they refer during the signup process. The wallet address serves as the unique identifier to track and attribute the referrals. 4.2 Reporting Procedure: Affiliate Members should submit the referral wallet addresses, along with the names and phone numbers of the referred individuals, via email to [email protected] Members must include their own name and contact information in the email for verification purposes. 4.3 Support and Communication: Affiliate Members will have access to dedicated support for any queries or assistance related to the affiliate program. Support can be obtained by contacting [email protected] for prompt assistance.
Termination 5.1 Termination by Affiliate Member: Affiliate Members may voluntarily terminate their participation in the affiliate program by providing written notice to the Company. 5.2 Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate Member's participation in the program for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of this Agreement, unethical conduct, or fraudulent activities.
Modifications 6.1 Changes to the Agreement: The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and Affiliate Members will be notified of any changes via email or other designated communication channels. 6.2 Continued Participation: Continued participation in the affiliate program after the modifications to the Agreement will constitute acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability 7.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Affiliate Members' participation in the affiliate program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
